Did you know that President Obama used 22 pens to sign the 2010 Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act into law?  No not 22 signatures to sign it into law, 22 different pens to write 1 signature.  Apparently it’s been a tradition to use multiple pens to gift off as a token of thanks to those who helped craft the bill.
