So I turned 25 today and I was reading the nytimes and following this overshooting plane from San Diego to Minneapolis. I too thought it was strange that you could overshoot your target by 150 miles then make an interesting loopy pattern coming back. It was strange until I realize that they were just giving me the best present ever….a cursive S from my birthday. Granted they did it backwards, but its the thought that counts.
