If only

How many times do we say, “if only…” each day? As a med student I bet I say it between 1-2 millions times. I’ve come to realize “if only” only works if you can’t have it, because you’d quickly realize that when you did have it, you’d need just one more thing all over again. Despite that, I’m positive if I only had a lollipop, things would be perfectly find right now.
