It’s finally here after months of blurry leaked photos and claims on insider info…the new Intuos 4. I’ve been wanting to get into the digital illustration field for a little while now and have had my eye on many ebay auctions for an intuos 3 tablet. Well fortunately I lost all those auctions because I hopefully have a new one of these on the way. Let’s see if it fits the critera for things I would buy

is it shiny black or silver? yes.
does it combine two things you love? yes- art and gadgets
is it probably more money then you should spend? yes

Now I was going to buy a medium tablet, but this morning it looks like someone at Wacom slipped up and listed the large tablet for the medium price. Now I feel bad for the person that messed up, it probably cost the company a couple hundred thousand, and potentially someone’s job. While it’s certainly unfortunate for that soul, I might be getting a large intuos4 tablet for $120 off….so I’m kind of happy. We’ll see if they actually shipped it on over to me for that price, but with a UPS tracking number, it’s looking good.
