Elizabeth and I did a little cooking today and made a Vietnamese shrimp noodle salad of sorts with ample amounts of scallions. I think this is my first forray into watercolor vegetables…it’s a slippery slope. Anyway I hate this scanner and it’s quirks but here’s a rough representation of what my watercolor scallions look like.
